Terms of service

Last updated 14 October 2026

These terms govern your use of VehicleHub — the UK vehicle management app at https://vehiclehub.servergrid.uk and its Android app. By creating an account you agree to them.

Who we are

VehicleHub is provided by [LEGAL NAME] ("we"), based at [ADDRESS]. Contact: [email protected].

The service

VehicleHub helps you manage your vehicles: DVLA/DVSA lookups, renewal reminders, records for fuel, servicing, expenses and insurance, build logs, mileage tracking, and AI-assisted document analysis. Features may evolve; if we remove something material, we'll tell you.

Vehicle data comes from third-party sources (including DVLA and DVSA). We present it in good faith but can't guarantee it is complete, current or error-free — always confirm legally significant facts (like your MOT status) with official sources.

Your account

  • You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure.
  • You're responsible for the data you store and the activity on your account.
  • You must be at least 17 (the minimum UK driving age) to hold an account.
  • You can delete your account at any time in Settings — see the privacy policy for what happens to your data.

Acceptable use

  • Don't use the service unlawfully, to store others' personal data without a basis, or to upload malicious content.
  • Don't attempt to access other accounts, scrape the service, or bypass usage limits and rate controls.
  • AI features are for processing your own vehicle documents — not for bulk or automated processing of other people's documents.

Plans, billing and credits

  • Free plan — one vehicle, all core features, a monthly allowance of AI fuel scans.
  • Paid plans — monthly subscriptions that raise your vehicle limit and AI allowance. Prices are in GBP and shown at checkout.
  • Web payments are processed by Stripe; subscriptions are managed (upgrade, downgrade, cancel, card changes) through the Stripe customer portal in Settings → Subscription.
  • In-app payments on Android are processed through Google Play Billing and managed by RevenueCat.
  • Credit packs — one-off purchases of AI credits. Credits never expire and remain usable if you change plan.
  • What each plan includes is described on the pricing page; vehicle limits are enforced but downgrading never deletes your existing vehicles.

Cancellation, refunds and your statutory rights

  • You can cancel a web subscription at any time via the Stripe customer portal — access continues to the end of the paid period, and it won't renew.
  • App-store subscriptions are cancelled through Google Play.
  • If you buy as a consumer in the UK, you normally have a 14-day cancellation right for digital services. When you buy a subscription or credits you can ask us to start immediately, and by doing so you acknowledge that access begins at once and that you may lose the 14-day right once delivery starts — as permitted by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you cancel within 14 days without requesting immediate access, we refund in full.
  • Statutory rights are unaffected by these terms.

Availability and support

We aim to keep the service available and respond to support email promptly, but the service is provided without a formal uptime commitment. Planned maintenance will be kept to a minimum.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including fines, penalties or lost time) arising from reliance on vehicle data provided by third parties or from missed reminders — reminders are a convenience, not a guarantee, and checking official sources remains your responsibility. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers may also use the courts of their UK home nation.
